Florida National Guard service members along with Flagler County Fire Rescue are working together in search and rescue operations at Harbor Island, Fla., Sunday, May 19. Dennis Moore, operations leader with Flagler County Fire Department is grateful for the joint-force effort, specifically noting the presence of the 48th CST with their hazardous materials gear. Civilian and government forces joined together in a training mission on Saturday, May 18, when Miami-Dade urban search and rescue teams and members of the Florida National Guard assisted each other on a search and rescue exercise.
